Canadian Centennial Scholarship Fund (CCSF)

Description

The Trustees of the Canadian Centennial Scholarship Fund (CCSF) are pleased to announce the availability of funds for awards (£2000-£5000) to Canadian men and women for the academic year commencing in September 2018. These awards are for academic and artistic studies in the UK, and are exclusively for students who have already commenced their multiyear studies in the UK. Up to 16 awards may be given, and include The Mary LeMessurier award for the study of History and the Belle Shenkman award for the Study of Arts.

Eligibility

(Previous applicants may re-apply)

To qualify for a CCSF award, an applicant must:

1. Be a Canadian citizen.

2. Be currently enrolled full-time in a multi-year postgraduate programme, and at the time of application be attending a UK university or similar institution, and have completed at least one full time term of study.

3. Be able to demonstrate academic excellence.

4. Require funds to complete their studies.

INTERVIEWS

Face to Face interviews for candidates who are short-listed will be held in a central London location. Students must make themselves available in person for interview to be eligible.

Interviews will be held on 21st May, 2018.

DEADLINE

Applications and all relevant material (including references and transcripts) must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday March 9th, 2018. There are no extensions.
